Collagen supplement knee pain
Hi, I have mild knee pain to which glucosamine sulphate chondroitin  tablet( Rejoint) is given by doctor. I want to know which is better between collagen and glucosamine. Undenatured type 2 collagen capsules  or collagen peptide sachets, which will help. Can you please advice a tablet which has combination of all above. Thanks you.

All these are supplements for knee cartilage. It will not reduce pain. Only take these if you have early osteoarthritis in knee.
