Knee joint stiffness or knee joint locki

I have been diagnosed with mri it shows patella alta, mild ACL edima and signals seen in lateral facet of patella, From past one week am getting knee stiffness around joint, now it changed to joint is locking while getting up from chair and started to walk suddenly mild pain begins and joint is locking for seconds and from 2 days onwards it's locking more.. what happened any damages to cartilage meniscus or any weakness..

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. Please share MRI films for detailed assessment...the report can be wrong too...if u having locking of knee then it can be due to meniscus injury cartilage damage and many more reason...
