I am suffering from knee pain since last few months. Popping sound is produced when I was walk over stairs. What I have to do now.

Popping Sound in your knee can be because of knee instability or meniscus problem. Please get an mri of knee done to confirm the diagnosis. basing on the amount of damage your treatment has to be titrated.
