Grade 2 hyperintensities in anterior cruciate ligament at tibial attachment with high grade partial tear.buckling of posterior cruciate ligament is seen. Grade 3 vertical tear in posterior horn of lateral meniscus T2 hyperintense dilated vascular channels noted on knee joint suggestive of varicosities Please explain in normal language what the problem is and the exact solution for this problem. P.S: mri report review

ACL ligament tibial bony avulsion or tear. Medical Meniscus tear in posterior horn.

Ligament might need reconstruction or repair. Meniscus might need meniscectomy.
