Knee Effusion-
I had swelling in my left knee in 1st week Jan2019
4thJan- Fluid was removed from my knee.
Medicine given were DihaseSp , Dicophase.
On 11th Jan : Medicine were changed : Sazo500, Diphase & Dicophase
On my next visit [ MegFreeflex and Sazo500]
Since then I still have little swelling and movement issues with my knee Can't bend it fully and slow walking.Issues with stairs.It still painful.
I visited another doctor and he requested to do the below mentioned test.
Swelling has came down still it's painful.
I wish to get better , I want clarity on my situation and suggestions for my treatment
1.RA Test Sample Type: OBSERVED VALUE 3.6 IU/ML
Quantitative Determination Of Rheumatoid Factor
Method : Immunoturbidimetry
Interpretation : Rheumatoid Factor is found positive

Vitamin B 12 Level OBSERVED VALUE : 190 pg/ml(Low)
Cobalamin
3. VitaminD : 7.58 ng/ml (Low)
4 . Uric Acid : 6.5 (normal)
5. ESR : 21 mm/1hr (High)
6. CBC report is attached
7.MRI Left knee is also attached.

The cartilage lining your joint is inflamed. You also have positive Rheumatoid factor. This is the most likely cause of the swelling and pain. You need to see a Rheumatologist for proper treatment of the Rheumatoid Arthritis, that will improve the swelling.

--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Use no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
