Knee crunching

Why do i hear crunching in my knee when going up stairs.. only  right side one leg knee my thriod test is normal before 2 year my bone dencity test is normal i don't have any bone problem. I do not feel any pain or sweling.. just crepitus sounds i heard when i going up. Only 1 week this problem i observb. not too much time ..Even i do not fall any where .. so this is happen plz give advice

Thts correct.. its crepitus... usually occurs on prolonged sitting or prolonged standing or long long walking... Because of one position for time u get weakness in ur muscles which controls ur knee movement.!! My suggestion would be just go for hot n cold therapy.. i.e; 5mins of ice stoke and next 5mins of hot water.!! And if its painful u can apply any painkiller ointment after ur cold n heat therapy.!! That should be fine for u..!!
