I got a strong trauma to the metal of a door while running an hour ago ... it was really painful first but now pain is 5/10 and i can normal perform all knee functions (flex, extend the leg) with very slight pain.. on touching there is slight tenderness and patella seems in one piece.. do i have to worry about knee cap fracture?
