The high resistance flow is indicative  of poor blood supply to the foetus The presentation of the baby is beech  which would require eventuallya cesarean section you should monitor fetal moments daily reduction in the fetal movements needs urgent ultrasound and proceed accordingly repeat ultrasound findings after 15 days you can connect for a prescription
