The MRI is suggestive of a lesion at L2 vertebral body with age related lumbar spondylosis. The next step should be contrast enhanced MRI of lumbar spine . If the reporting is in favour of giant cell tumor, it would require surgery.
Before all this it is important for you to show her to a spine surgeon for through history and examination.
