Respected doctors, I am attaching my grandmother's MRI report. She is continually suffering from low back pain. Currently we are unable to decide upon any course of treatment. Kindly suggest.

Hello The MRI is suggestive of a lesion at L2 vertebral body with age related lumbar spondylosis. The next step should be contrast enhanced MRI of lumbar spine . If the reporting is in favour of giant cell tumor, it would require surgery. Before all this it is important for you to show her to a spine surgeon for through history and examination.
