I have kidney stone of 22 mm in left kidney. And its nit interrupt any thing should i operate or not to do anything.

Hi stones till 1cm can pass through with out surgical intervention...since its 2.2cm it's difficult to pass...you may require ESWL is PCNL..consult specialists they will guide you further
