Do X ray KUB, if stone will be visible then ESWL will be best option. As spontaneous expulsion of 8 mm upper ureteric stone is 10-20 % only. Till there will be no persistent pain/vomitting or fever wait and watch can be considered. Stay in touch with only one urologist either online or offline.
