Hi These stones seem to be in the smaller zone but its better to do a CT scan KUB plain to know the exact location and dimensions of stone. Keep yourself well hydrated.  You should take fluids in such a way atleast you should pass 2.5litres urine per day. Avoid red meat and excess salt in diet. If CT scan shows same dimensions than you will eventually pass it off.
