((A large approx 22 mm calculus noted at mild pole of right kidney. No e/o hydronepphrois or hydroureter.)) This is my report please tell me it is clear possible without operation.

hello.. it's unlikely dat 22mm calculus will come out without operation...I suggest you to go for operation at the earliest to avoid complications as the stone is quiet big
