My right kidney size is 80 cm and left kidney is 110 cm it's from birth any complications . Please suggest me

3cms difference is significant You must be having it since birth or some undergoing kidney prbs that side may be there 1st check your kidney function test that includes urine routine and serum creatinine Blood pressure needs to be checked Detail knowledge is required to know about ur health status like any history of stones or urine infection Ur childhood history

It's absolutely normal.There is a difference of 1-1.5 cm between the left kidney and right kidney as a general rule applicable to the population and USG measurements are subjected to observer variations.if u don't have any blood pressure issues ,swelling of feet and foaming in urine its unlikely u have any kidney issues
