I always fee...l 1. Pain in back & also bellow of navel. 2. Bitter taste in mouth. 3. Infection in kidney & urinal part. 4. indigestion, acidity, constipation 5. Stinky smelling urine & stool. 6. not pain in urinal way(penis).
