Kidney problem again

My elder brother aged 41 have a kidney transplant on September mont 2007,donor was his father present age approx 68year,but now after 11 year his creatinine is increasing,legs and face are swallowing,we are confused what to do, doctor has increased his dose of medecine,sir suggest us the best way for his recovery,is it possible to. have another transplant?
