I am attaching usg report. Kindly suggest what further kidney tests are required. He faces dificulty passing urine and pelvis pain bp fluctuations.

He needs uroflowmetry test and urology consultation The cyst in kidney has to be confirmed with ct and high will clarify if it is something to be monitored.
