Kid making sound 4m nose while sleeping

Hi, my kid is 5 weeks old. Sometimes he is making sound from his nose while sleeping. Not sure if it's coz of cold or is it usual. Just a note, we have started feeding formula for the baby with bottle occasionally as breastfeeding milk wasn't sufficient for the kid. Can you please suggest what's the cause and remedy for the same, thanks.

Looks normal but if needed can use nasoclear nasal drops 1 drop two times in both nostrils alternatively half an hour before or after feeding

Just some sound from nose is no cause for worry. If ur baby is sleeping n feeding well then everything is fine.
