Kicks and fluttering sensation pregnancy

I'm feeling kicks and fluttering sensation in my abdomen.It's been 4 months since I had sex.I did beta hcg test also urine test but both of them r negative.. I am afraid doctors.Is it possible to have pregnancy with negative HCG value?HCG negative means no pregnancy for sure?Or I need an ultrasound ?
