I would advise you to meet a general surgeon so that you can be assessed and undergo the necessary investigations and make a confirmed diagnosis and staging. There is a possibility of hemorrhoids, fissure and fistula which has to be ruled out by physical examination. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment. The following steps may help:
- Do not strain during bowel movements
- Reduce weight as per your BMI (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Exercise regularly (30-45mins/day)
- Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals.
- Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements
