Hi Doctor, I had an eye topography test today (attached) post which i was diagnosed with Keratoconus. Could you please help me understand what stage am i in and what are my options? Kindly tell me if i have in in both the eyes. Thank you.

You have Early Keratoconus in both eyes ( left more than right ). You should be under cornea specialist observation and repeat topography after 3 months to see for any progression .
Next Steps
Further management should be decided after seeing the topography.

You have mild keratokonus.Regular follow ups are necessary,with corneal topography. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
