I had c3r surgery on both my eyes for Keratoconus 2weeks ago. Could you please tell me what precautions I need to take to reduce the probability of progression? Should I not sleep on my side? Also, after how many days of c3r can I wash inside my eyes with water? Thank you for your help.

Avoid rubbing eyes. Don't splash water in eye. Visit ophthalmologist regularly

C3R is the right choice to prevent the progression of kaeratoconus Now you can use water but don’t splash water inside eyes For few more days
