I have a small keloid scar near my chest which should be 1cm in width... I've had it for more than 2 years now. Is there a way to get rid of it? Any ointment or medicine in particular

Steroid injections usually help. Ointments and oral medications seldom work.  You may be helped by silicone based therapies. In any  scenario you need to visit plastic surgeon  to guide you further in your city.
