I have a big keloid in my c section area its vry painful and itchy what can be done kindly suggest me

Undergo intralesional medicine therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

You'll need intra lesional injections.  Just creams may not help.  See a qualified dermatologist near you for the same.
