It is not due to dehydration and basically the blood urea nitrogen is due to increased intake of protein rich food items and improper diet schedule and maybe less physical activity.
Try to avoid protein rich food items and drink at least two litres of water and your food should be rich and green leaves and green leafy vegetables and eat any one type of fruit in one day as a precaution.
