Depending on how highly spread the infection was.. it can be normal response of body immune system, getting 2 extractions of wisdom teeth in one sitting can be troublesome for some patients . But it will be okay..
Keep doing warm saline rinses and complete the course of antibiotics..
In 7 ..10 days it will start recovering
