Whats the jump dose of clonazepam used for 6 months ? Like at what dose do we safely stop using the medication ?

0.125mg is the dose from which you can stop and see. Also clonazepam is a temporary drug and it should not be used as the primary medication to treat anxiety or related conditions for which ssris  or snris are the preferred choice. So consult a psychiatrist for the needful.
