Hi, Getting joints pain specially both Knee from 3-4 days. Got test done for Dengue , CBC & Vit 12 & D all are normal. Doctor suggested Antibiotics still not useful. Now I am getting full body pain + Joints pain. No fever , cough or anything also. Suggest what may be the problem.

Kindly do check for thyroid profile and vitamin d and b12 defficiency. Also do test for RA factor and kidney function Drink good amount of water per day Review with reports

U have viral fever it usually subsides on its own  Advice: Drink plenty of water, Apple/carrot juice
