Joints Cracking Grinding and grating

Hello , my all joints are cracking so much with grinding and grating sounds coming from almost all the joints . I am getting join pain easily In minimal work . Pain in all the joints most of time fatigue and anxiety is also there . What seems to be the problem can it be rheumatoid arthritis i am worried because in last theree years my condition is deteriorating as far as i can feel . Is there any thing serious ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control   hypothyroidism, Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any.  -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --.
