Joint pain in knee and back

Suffering from joint pain in knee and back not able to walk and stand. She is diabetic patient as well take insulin. We have been showing to neurologist as few month ago she has complained her left hand feel freeze and not able to move it properly specially during morning time. But no improvement till date

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water.
