I have spondylo arthritis.swelling and stiff ness both on my knees and sharp pain in heel.how to get rid of the Pain..also i have hla b27 positive with high esr level around 90

Consult a rheumatologist. Take pain killers for sometime Do proper exercises Hot water fomentation You medicines can not be prescribed here. Consult for further management
