I have pain in my right hand ring finger but it's not there while am doing anything but when I am not doing anything my hands are relaxed I feel pain in my ring finger only Should I visit doctor or am I thinking too much

Is the pain more in early morning or in cold weather? If yes might be rheumatoid arthritis. For now take analgesics and use finger splint.

Small joint pain or finger pain at rest can be the result of inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis in young patients like your age. Consult Orthopedician for related investigations  and course of management.
