Hello sir, I have lots of pain in wrist,elbow,knee and ankle and feet. From last two months I have sharp pain in left shoulder blade. I have taken flexon Mr and pain relief spray pain killer tablet but no relief Currently I am taking tb medication and my uric acid is 13.9. Please suggest treatment. In past 2 year ago I was diagnosed Extra pulmonary tb and Potts . Again I was diagnosed tb in June 2020. This time I have abdominal lymphadenopathy so doctor start tb medication.
