Definately Vit d deficiency may be associated with Calcium deficiency as well.
Next Steps
Get your Calcium profile test done as well & then consult a Physician or Endocrinologist in your city. Start taking Calcirol sachets twice weekly with milk for 6 weeks with more of milk & milk products also.
