Further to my previous query, as per practo suggestions, I have consulted Orthopedician. He took an x-ray of my right and knee and told me that there is no issue with the join/bone. However, an oil which supports the movement of joints is reduced so the sound coming and experiencing the pain. He asked me to take Nikhi paracetamol and Ezact MR for a
