Jock itch that is not going away

I had jock itch problem 1.5 months back for which i took medicines and ut subsided. Then after 15-20 days it returned and this time happened in the folds of the buttocks. Again i consulted a doctor and had full 10 days medicine course of Allegra and Betnovate GM and Fluconazole but then since 3-4 days it returned again with extremely itchy pubic area. What to do?
