Can feel the pain in jaw muscles not able to sleep, already took pain killer still not working. Is the jaw pain because of sleeping position? Or teeth related?

The kind of pain you are having sounds more like TMJ (Jaw joint) pain. Honestly speaking i can't tell you anything on video consult because Jaw joints need to be palpated and examined thoroughly to see what's wrong. Some cases might need deprogrammer to relax the jaw while for some Flexon MR and rest can help. Very individual approach...which can more be explained once you come for a consult.
Next Steps
would advise you to come for consult.
Health Tips
avoid taking so many pain killers and do a consult soon.

The pain you are experiencing can be pointing to some unattended decay in tooth or long standing joint pain or any sprain You can take analgesic prescribed by doctor, do saline water rinses, if muscles hurt then applying volini or the area may help Don't do any warm pack without finding the reason for pain Pain in night is classic of chronic pulpitis suggesting you might need root canal
Next Steps
visit a nearby dentist and get yourself checked
