Since she's still 11, her dentition and jaw ratio needs to be clinically assessed. If its still in mixed dentition, intervention treatments can be tried depending solely upon the dentition. If permanent dentition is erupting /fully erupted , then braces/ aligners or surgery are options. But the final treatment option depends after OPG, Lateral Ceph x rays, model analysis or digital scanning. Costs vary from specialist to specialist. This is usually the age ,when orthodontic treatment is started as almost all permanent teeth have erupted/erupting .If at all surgical intervention is needed, Orthodontist will liaise with an Oral &Maxillofacial Surgeon and will guide as required.
