Jaundice increased aftertherapy

Hello All, My baby is 17 days old and she is having jaundice and she got admitted twice in hospital and took phototherapy. When she was admitted that time bilirubin was 23.6 and 20.5 both time discharge it was 14.55 and 11.85. She discharged on 13th Jan today followup was there and TCB came 18.1 again. We have expended more than lac rs. But no result. All liver, crp c reactive reports are normal they gave done twice. Please help me where we are missing. Why her jaundice is increasing. Please help 🙏 😢

U need to consult neonatologist.... Don't follow online values n guidelines..... When it is about neonate, they can't tell their issues, for this you need to go thorough physical examination and proper history telling by parents....
Next Steps
ask your neonatologist if sunlight exposure is allowed to your baby. give proper history regarding baby's feeding pattern and mother's food intake
