Jaundice in 3 months old baby

Hi my daughter's biliburin total is 4.8mg/dl direct 2.2 indirect 2.6. her SGPT is 47.1u/l and alkaline phosphatase is 576.6 U/l. She is 3 months and 11 days old. What are the reasons of these High values? She is exclusively on breast feed. Is there something to be worried?

Direct component of the bilirubin is more than 20% of the raised total bilirubin .Besides ALP is also raised. What is the colour of the stool. Looks like an obstructive cause and should be investigated further

The direct component of bilirubin is high here. And so is the ALP. Child needs further evaluation.
