I bilrubin level has increased got liver function test , SGOT, SGPT has too increased, bilrubin direct and indirect incresed, protein is ok, alkayne phospate is too ok

Both bilirubin and enzymes are increased. This is Hepatitis.  You should do virus test and some metabolic tests. Management based on the reports
