I'm witnessing a jam in nose as well as in head and a continues buzz in my right ear👂 from afternoon.Please suggest medical treatment for me.

If you are having nasal blockage with ear buzzing u may have eustachian tube dysfunction. Use otrivin nasal spray 2 puff in each nostril thrice a day but not for more than 5 days. Get a thorough consultation on video or physically to properly diagnose and treat it
