It is natural to feel disheartened when your first IVF cycle does not work out. The chance of success with a good IVF cycle is about 40% ; even when the best of the embryos are transferred . . Since the size of your uterus is fine and so are your husband's sperms, they don't seem to be the cause of embryos not getting implanted. Take heart from the fact that you did develop good embryos. Unfortunately the embryos didn't get implanted in the first cycle could simply be a matter of chance and you stand a great chance of conceiving in subsequent IVF cycle. All the best and may your next IVF cycle work out just fine!!
