IVF failure, hysteroscopy recommend

I am 37 years old. Underwent three failed IUI and 1 IVF transfer. Blood profile, immunology report, endometrium and blastocyst quality was also good. No findings of fibroids, polyps in the transvaginal scans. Now the doctor wants to do hysteroscopy and clean the uterus before going with the 2nd day 3 embryo. How can this procedure help if everything was fine and I still had failed procedures? Please advice.
