1.can IVF be done without bringing it in knowledge of family member 2.does IVF babies are born on month 7 or 9? 3.are babies healthy and fit like normal children? Plz advice

Babies are healthy, Prematurity will not happen if you opt for single embryo transfer and not twins You can do it without family's knowledge, does not require admission
