IV fluids during pregnancy

Due to severe vomiting, it has been advised to take IV fluids. I wanted to know if DNS and RL IV fluids is safe for the baby or if any other alternative should be taken. Pls let me know if it's safe.

Please import some fluids from the USA and Canada. You don't seem to have trust in "Make in India" products.
