Its about throat cancer
I got my tonsillitis swollen for more than 2 months. And sometimes I suffer difficulties in swallowing. So my concern is that can these are the symptoms of throat cancer or it is of bacterial or viral infection. Also I've sores on back of my back of throat.
Swollen tonsils need not be cancerous, but cannot be definitely ruled out. Chronic infections can result in enlarged tonsils. You need to meet an ENT doctor and get yourself examined. If there is an ulcer or doubtful growth, biopsy will be taken from the lesion. If suspicion is high, CECT head and neck also can give us additional information
