Itchy wounds

Recently met with an accident and I am feel itchy around the wounds while applying ointment. How can it be controlled ?

It's normal after the injury. Apply betadine cautiously with preventive measure TT injection to your nearest local physician.

It's normal as the wound will be healing. So it's better to not scratch it. Apply the ointment gently

Itching  is very common while wounding  healing. Avoid scratching , use ointment.

if very severe can use oral medication .
