Itchy tiny rashes all over the body

I have this tiny rashes all over the body prominent in hands and legs...rash looks red and itches and causes itchiness ..when dried out too. The first' pic is a freshly appeared tiny bumps and second one is the dried one. Both cause itching. Sometimes itching is more at night and sweating also increases itchiness Can u help what kind of rash is this.

Hi Need detailed history. What’s the total duration?? Did u apply anything on rashes?? Do u have rashes even on axilla, umbilicus, inner sides of thigh? Is itching is more in night?? Anyone who’s in your close contact like family members or room mates if you’re staying outside have similar kind of itchy rashes??
