Itchy ears

The inside of my ears itch everyday like crazy. And has been itching for years now. Consulted two doctors who dismissed it saying it was nothing. One gave a medicine called "Drep ear drops containing Clotrimazole" which used to work but now no longer works. What could be the case?

Kindly check for dandruff. Start using an anti dandruff shampoo for 15 days. A lot of times dandruff can cause persistent itching in the ears. If it doesn't settle down.. Kindly visit an ENT specialist for detailed examination
Health Tips
1) Keep your ears dry. 2) Avoid usage of any drops as it can cause irritation of skin of the Ear canal.

This could be due to allergy or excessive use of ear buds which disrupts ph of ear. Stop using ear buds. You can consult an ENT practitioner and use an ointment to get some relief.
